RFID

RFID is a type of communication in which information is transmitted wirelessly (Wikipedia article). Today, it is becoming increasingly popular and can be found in numerous and various cards: driving licenses, access control to buildings, public transportation, etc.

RFID readers come in many shapes and variations. This reader, from our production, allows easy connection to a microcontroller, and thus opens up possibilities for developing various projects based on RFID technology. The breakout comes programmed and ready for I2C communication through the easyC system. It has easyC connectors as well as a connector for antenna that comes with the breakout. On the board, there is also a switch for changing the I2C address.

It has a switch to change the data transfer speed (baud rate) and a connector for connecting the antenna that comes with the breakout.
