Soldered Electronics pokreće projekt uvođenja sustava upravljanja kvalitetom uz potporu Europske unije

Soldered Electronics d.o.o. službeno je pokrenuo projekt „Uvođenje sustava upravljanja kvalitetom u poslovanje poduzeća Soldered Electronics d.o.o.", koji financira Europska unija iz Europskog fonda za regionalni razvoj u okviru Programa konkurentnosti i kohezije 2021.–2027. Ukupna vrijednost projekta iznosi 90.354,00 €, od čega Europska unija financira 54.931,12 €.

Projekt se provodi u trajanju od 18 mjeseci, a njegova srž je implementacija i certificiranje četiri međunarodno priznata sustava upravljanja:

• ISO 9001:2015
• ISO 14001:2015
• ISO/IEC 27001:2022
• IATF 16949:2016

Svaki od ovih standarda adresira ključno područje poslovanja, od upravljanja kvalitetom i zaštite okoliša, do informacijske sigurnosti i specifičnih zahtjeva automobilske industrije.

Soldered Electronics specijaliziran je za razvoj i proizvodnju elektroničkih sklopova, uključujući dizajn hardvera, softvera i firmvera te usluge ugovorne elektroničke proizvodnje (EMS). S rastućim brojem međunarodnih klijenata i sve zahtjevnijim tržišnim standardima, certificiranje prema međunarodnim normama logičan je i nužan korak u razvoju tvrtke.

ISO 9001 osigurat će standardizaciju i dosljednost u svim fazama razvoja i proizvodnje, smanjiti mogućnost grešaka i povećati zadovoljstvo klijenata. ISO 14001 uvest će sustavni pristup upravljanju okolišem, od smanjenja otpada do optimizacije potrošnje energije i materijala, čime ćemo smanjiti operativne troškove i ojačati naš imidž ekološki odgovorne tvrtke. ISO/IEC 27001 osigurat će vrhunsku zaštitu osjetljivih podataka naših klijenata i internih informacijskih sustava, smanjujući rizike od kibernetičkih prijetnji koji su danas jedna od najvećih poslovnih izloženosti. Konačno, IATF 16949 otvorit će nam vrata prema dobavljačkim lancima globalnih proizvođača u automobilskoj industriji, jednom od najzahtjevnijih i najstrože reguliranih sektora na svijetu.

Certificirani sustavi upravljanja nisu samo interni alati, oni su javni dokaz naše predanosti kvaliteti, sigurnosti i odgovornom poslovanju. Rast i uključenost tvrtke Soldered Electronics d.o.o.

Dana 2.12.2025. poduzeću Soldered Electronics d.o.o. odobren je subvencionirani zajam po programu Mikro zajam za rast i uključenost. Ulaganje uključuje ulaganje u obrtna sredstva kao i investiciju u jačanje promotivnih i prodajnih kanala tvrtke na brojnim stranim tržištima, a ukupan odobren iznos zajma je 23.720 EUR.
Ulaganje će se provesti u roku od 6 mjeseci, dok su ključni očekivani efekti na poslovanje značajno povećanje vidljivosti i prepoznatljivosti na međunarodnom tržištu, kao i snažniji nastavak rasta prodaje i izvoza.

Digitalizacija poslovnih procesa tvrtke Tavu

U lipnju 2023. godine tvrtka Soldered Electronics d.o.o. potpisala je Ugovor o dodjeli bespovratnih sredstava u sklopu poziva na dostavu projektnih prijedloga „Bespovratne potpore za digitalizaciju" koji je financiran iz mehanizma za oporavak i otpornost.

O projektu: Provedbom projekta tvrtka optimizira i putem razvoja specifičnih IT alata digitalizira procese nabave, testiranja proizvoda u fazi proizvodnje, upravljanja ljudskim resursima te upravljanja projektima razvoja vlastitih proizvoda. Pri tome povećava efikasnost rada, koristi nove tehnologije i trendove tržišta, ostvaruje rast prihoda i stvara preduvjete za značajniji iskorak na definiranim izvoznim tržištima. Značajnu komponentu projekta čini i izgradnja digitalnih kapaciteta zaposlenika koji će biti educirani za korištenje razvijenih alata te će jamčiti održivost projektnih rezultata u budućem razdoblju.

Delivery and Returns

When can I expect a refund for the returned item?

The refund will be processed using the payment method you used during the purchase and will be credited to your credit or debit card within 14 days from the moment we receive your return in our warehouse. After we process your return, it may take up to 5 working days for the money to appear on your credit card.

How can I return my order?

If the item doesn’t meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. Please notify us in advance by filling out the return form [placeholder]. Kindly provide us with the order number or invoice number to expedite the return process. You can return the items by sending the package to any postal office or courier service.

Orders

Why was my order canceled?

If we cancel your order, it is usually due to reduced stock availability or an error in the warehouse during packing. The items you ordered might have been highly sought after, leading to their sell-out shortly before your order was processed. In rare cases, stock levels may not have been updated in our system on time, resulting in the cancellation of the order. You would not be charged for the canceled items if you paid with a credit card. However, if you paid through a bank transfer, it may take up to 5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Note: If you are outside the EU and wish to order batteries from our webshop, please know that your order will be, unfortunately, canceled. All orders shipped outside the EU are delivered through DHL, and since batteries are classified as Dangerous Goods by them, unfortunately, we won’t be able to send them. In this case, we will issue a refund for the amount of the undelivered batteries.



How can I know if my order has been placed?

Once your order is successfully placed, you will see a confirmation on the screen, and you will receive an email with the confirmation containing the order number as a reference. Additionally, you can log in to your Soldered account and review your recent orders in the “My Orders” section.

Is there a minimum order amount?

No, you can order even just one resistor if you need it.

Can I cancel my order?

If you made a mistake or simply changed your mind after placing the order, don’t worry. As long as your package has not been packed, you can cancel it. Use the contact form to send us a cancellation request.

Can I receive an invoice in the name of my company?

Yes, at Soldered Electronics, we issue invoices in your company’s name.

Kindly be aware that if your company is registered in the European Union, select the “Company Invoice” option during checkout and provide your company details, such as company name, address, and Tax Number.

Based on this information, we will issue a correct invoice and deliver the requested goods accordingly.

What are my delivery options?

We provide various delivery options for you during the checkout process, allowing you to select the one that best suits your preferences. We offer our European customers reliable services such as DHL Express, GLS, and DPD. We also provide worldwide delivery through DHL Express if you’re ordering from outside Europe.

Additionally, we offer free shipping to select destinations for orders that meet a specific amount.

How can I change the user data on my account?

On your user account, click the icon in the top right corner to redirect to the Overview page. You can easily modify your personal information, such as your name and address. To ensure we can provide information about your orders and deliveries, it would be helpful to add your contact number.

Do you want to change your email address?You can change your email address just like any other information. After entering the new email address, we will send a confirmation of the change to your old email address. If you receive such an email and you didn’t request an email address change, please follow the instructions in the email.

Note: It may take up to 3 hours before you receive the email. Also, be sure to check your spam or junk folder.

Can I place an order if I don’t have a user account?
