Digital ammeter ACS172 is a digital device that is able to measure the current flow connected to its terminals. It works by hall-effect with a relatively small error, and read current is given on the output as voltage, so it is read by Croduino / Arduino easily. Also, terminals on which the amount of electricity is measured are isolated from the rest of the chip and allow safe use.
