Description
Our digital MEMS microphone breakout is perfect for audio capture and voice processing applications. It features a silicon microphone with digital PDM output, providing crystal-clear audio recording with an excellent signal-to-noise ratio of 64.5dB and a wide frequency response from 20Hz to 20kHz. The compact 4x3mm microphone easily connects to microcontrollers through standard digital interfaces.
Our Arduino library makes audio projects incredibly simple, enabling recording of WAV files directly to micro SD cards, real-time amplitude plotting for audio visualization, and voice streaming to ESP32 web servers for remote monitoring applications. The breakout communicates via I2S and PDM interfaces, ensuring high-quality digital audio transmission without the noise issues common in analog microphones. With its low power consumption, it's ideal for battery-powered applications.
