    When can I expect a refund for the returned item?

    The refund will be processed using the payment method you used during the purchase and will be credited to your credit or debit card within 14 days from the moment we receive your return in our warehouse. After we process your return, it may take up to 5 working days for the money to appear on your credit card.

    How can I return my order?

    If the item doesn’t meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. Please notify us in advance by filling out the return form. Kindly provide us with the order number or invoice number to expedite the return process. You can return the items by sending the package to any postal office or courier service.

    Please retain the proof of shipment until you receive your refund, as the complete processing of the return may take up to 14 days. You can refer to our website for detailed information about our return policy.

    What if I receive a faulty/damaged item?

    If you notice any damage to your package and items or receive a defective item, please don’t hesitate to contact us via the form so we can arrange a replacement.

    To expedite the process and send a new, functional item as soon as possible, kindly pack the defective item in any packaging material before the courier service collects it from your address. The replacement will be promptly carried out at our expense. You can find detailed information about our return and exchange policy here.


    Why was my order canceled?

    If we cancel your order, it is usually due to reduced stock availability or an error in the warehouse during packing. The items you ordered might have been highly sought after, leading to their sell-out shortly before your order was processed. In rare cases, stock levels may not have been updated in our system on time, resulting in the cancellation of the order. You would not be charged for the canceled items if you paid with a credit card. However, if you paid through a bank transfer, it may take up to 5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

    Note: If you are outside the EU and wish to order batteries from our webshop, please know that your order will be, unfortunately, canceled. All orders shipped outside the EU are delivered through DHL, and since batteries are classified as Dangerous Goods by them, unfortunately, we won’t be able to send them. In this case, we will issue a refund for the amount of the undelivered batteries.

    Once your order is successfully placed, you will see a confirmation on the screen, and you will receive an email with the confirmation containing the order number as a reference. Additionally, you can log in to your Soldered account and review your recent orders in the “My Orders” section.

    Is there a minimum order amount?

    No, you can order even just one resistor if you need it.


    Can I cancel my order?

    If you made a mistake or simply changed your mind after placing the order, don’t worry. As long as your package has not been packed, you can cancel it. Use the contact form above to send us a cancellation request.


    Can I receive an invoice in the name of my company?

    Yes, at Soldered Electronics, we issue invoices in your company’s name.

    Kindly be aware that if your company is registered in the European Union, select the “Company Invoice” option during checkout and provide your company details, such as company name, address, and Tax Number.

    Based on this information, we will issue a correct invoice and deliver the requested goods accordingly.

We offer our European customers reliable services such as DHL Express, GLS, and DPD. We also provide worldwide delivery through DHL Express if you’re ordering from outside Europe.
