Requesting an Official Quote
To make it easy for you to obtain an official quote for your company, school, university, or other organization, we have developed a fast and efficient process through our webshop.
Simply place an order on our webshop and select the payment method "Bank Transfer". After that, the quote will be sent to you automatically. If you do not complete the purchase within seven days, the order will be automatically canceled. If you need a longer period to complete the purchase, you can always contact us. More details are provided below.
How to Request a Quote?

Browse our webshop: Explore our products and choose the ones that best suit your needs.

Add products to your cart: Once you find the desired products, simply add them to your cart.

Enter billing and shipping information: Make sure you enter all required information correctly (company/school/university name, VAT ID, registered address, and delivery address if different), including the email address where you want to receive the official quote.

Complete the order: Once you finish the checkout process, the official quote will be sent to your email shortly.
How long is the quote valid?
With your order, all items are reserved for you. For this reason, the order will be automatically canceled after seven days. If you need more time to complete the payment, feel free to contact us.
Can I place an order using a purchase order?
If the order is placed in the name of a public educational institution in Croatia (school, university, faculty, etc.), we can ship the goods after receiving a signed and stamped purchase order. In this case, the payment term is 30 days.
If the order is placed in the name of a company, we can also approve deferred payment, but these terms are agreed individually. Please contact us if you need this option.
