Soldered Electronics launches a project to implement a quality management system with the support of the European Union
Soldered Electronics d.o.o. has officially launched the project "Implementation of a quality management system in the operations of Soldered Electronics d.o.o.", financed by the European Union from the European Regional Development Fund within the Competitiveness and Cohesion Program 2021-2027. The total value of the project is €90,354.00, of which the European Union finances €54,931.12.
The project will be implemented over 18 months, and its core is the implementation and certification of four internationally recognized management systems:
• ISO 9001:2015
• ISO 14001:2015
• ISO/IEC 27001:2022
• IATF 16949:2016
Each of these standards addresses a key area of business, from quality management and environmental protection to information security and specific requirements of the automotive industry.
Soldered Electronics specializes in the development and production of electronic assemblies, including hardware, software, and firmware design, as well as contract electronic manufacturing (EMS) services. With a growing number of international clients and increasingly demanding market standards, certification to international norms is a logical and necessary step in the company's development.
ISO 9001 will ensure standardization and consistency in all phases of development and production, reduce the possibility of errors, and increase client satisfaction. ISO 14001 will introduce a systematic approach to environmental management, from waste reduction to optimizing energy and material consumption, thereby reducing operational costs and strengthening our image as an environmentally responsible company. ISO/IEC 27001 will ensure top-notch protection of our clients' sensitive data and internal information systems, reducing risks from cyber threats, which are today one of the biggest business exposures. Finally, IATF 16949 will open doors for us to the supply chains of global manufacturers in the automotive industry, one of the most demanding and strictly regulated sectors in the world.
Certified management systems are not just internal tools; they are public proof of our commitment to quality, security, and responsible business. For our clients, this means greater security in cooperation, more consistent delivery quality, and better protection of their data and intellectual property. For potential partners and customers in international markets, certificates represent an entry ticket for business cooperation where there are otherwise high entry barriers.
All key phases of the project will be regularly communicated on this website and on our social media channels.
