If You ever wanted to make something with a stepper motor, this is an excellent thing for the beginning. Stepper is kind of a motor that can very precisely control its turns, so it can be used for accurate controls and positioning.
In this set is a small stepper engine with a driver for it. Namely, the stepper engine should be controlled on the determined way in order to get what You want from it(and that is a precise turn), and this is where the driver helps You. Also, the driver gives enough current so that the engine can turn.
